After years photographing landscapes, wildlife and travel throughout Australia and overseas, I expanded my passion into portrait photography in 2025 and it is an ongoing journey of learning. While the subject matter has changed, the principles remain the same—finding great light, creating strong compositions and capturing genuine moments that tell a story.
Portrait photography has introduced many new challenges that I genuinely enjoy. Unlike wildlife or landscapes, photographing people is a collaborative process. Every session is an opportunity to connect with someone and help them feel comfortable in front of the camera, and create images that reflect their personality and confidence.
This gallery showcases my journey into portrait photography, from creative collaborations with models to personal branding and lifestyle portraits captured around Brisbane.
