  • Book a photoshoot for $50 which covers your first 5 images (personal use licence, low resolution, suitable for social media)

  • View the images in your private gallery, where they will remain for 90 days.

  • Purchase the images you want, at the resolution and licencing that suits your needs.

  • 10 full resolution images for $180

Full Resolution Commercial Package

Commercial Use Licence

  • Full commercial use for the purpose of promoting a business, product, service, or paid offering.

  • You can upgrade any personal use images to a commercial image at any time.

Pricing

  • First five images are complementary (Low resolution social media quality, personal use licence only)

  • Starts from a little as $80 per image, open to negotiating a fair price based on business size, turnover, and intended use.

Usage & Licence Terms

All images are licensed for your use, not sold, and Jimmy Photography still maintains ownership of the images. You may use the images in accordance with the licencing agreement. If you are in any doubt, please get in touch to verify that you are getting the right licence for your needs.

Personal Use Licence Includes:

  • Personal social media accounts

  • Personal websites

  • Personal online or offline portfolios

  • Casting profiles and submissions

  • Model, actor, musician, and band portfolios (non-commercial)

  • Personal printing and display

This licence is intended to support individuals representing themselves, not businesses or brands.

Not Included in Personal Use

The following uses require a commercial or full licence:

  • Business websites or business social media pages

  • Advertising, marketing, or promotional use

  • Paid ads or sponsored content

  • Use by brands, venues, labels, agencies, or third parties

  • Sale, resale, or redistribution of images

If an image is used primarily to promote a business, product, service, or paid offering, it is considered commercial use.

Image Editing & Alteration Policy

To maintain artistic integrity and consistent image quality, images may not be edited, altered, or modified by the client or any third party.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Filters or presets

  • Colour changes or cropping

  • Retouching or background removal

  • Text, graphics, logos, or branding overlays

  • AI enhancement or manipulation

Revision Requests

  • One initial review of minor tweaks (such as small colour or exposure adjustments) is included at no cost.

  • Requests should be submitted as soon as possible after viewing the gallery.

Advanced Retouching & Modifications

The following require an additional fee and /or the purchase of a full/commercial licence:

  • Detailed retouching

  • Major edits or compositing

  • Background replacement

  • Text, graphics, or branding overlays

  • Image preparation for promotional or marketing use
